I’ve always been drawn to building things, solving problems, and finding better ways to make ideas work. Entrepreneurship has given me the opportunity to experience both the excitement and the reality of building a business—the ideas, the risks, the setbacks, the breakthroughs, and everything in between.

That experience is a big part of why I connect so strongly with other business owners. I understand that behind every business is a person carrying a vision and trying to turn it into something real.

From Problems to Possibilities

One of the things I enjoy most is looking at a problem and asking, “How can we make this work?”...and then "How can we make this better?"

Whether it’s branding, technology, automation, marketing, customer experience, or the structure behind a business, I love finding the pieces that aren’t connecting and developing practical solutions that bring them together.

I believe some of the greatest opportunities in a business are often hiding inside the problems that haven’t been solved yet.

That mindset ultimately led to the creation of Spear Ascension Media.

SAM was built around a simple belief: small businesses shouldn't be locked out of the tools, technology, creativity, and capabilities available to much larger companies.

Our mission is to bring those capabilities within reach—helping purpose-driven businesses build stronger brands, better systems, and the infrastructure they need to compete and grow.

Faith, Family & Kingdom

Business isn't the center of my life—God is. My faith, my family, and a desire to serve God's Kingdom shape how I define success and approach everything I build. I believe business is an opportunity for stewardship: to serve people well, create genuine value, and use what God has given us for something greater than ourselves.
